Disha Patani is known to be one of the fittest actresses’ in the film industry. She has achieved a beautiful and sexy body due to her efforts. Being amongst one of the fittest actresses’ in Bollywood, she is also known to have performed stunts by herself in certain films, without a body double. Recently, the actress revealed how she lost six precious months of her life after getting injured.

The actress recently wrapped up the schedule of her upcoming film Malang after four months of rigorous shooting. Recently, as per a Mid-Day report, Disha revealed that she was once injured while training on concrete floors and went through a terrible hit on her head. This further resulted in the actress losing her memory for a period of 6 months. Disha also added how she lost on her time in life by saying, “I lost six months of my life because I couldn't remember anything.”


Disha went on to reveal how she even broke her bones when it came to doing gymnastics or MMA but she stayed on to it and her approached for it never changed. She mentioned how a person needs to be brave and consistent in order to achieve goals; she said, “When I am not shooting, I alternate between practicing gymnastics and MMA in the week. MMA is relatively easier. But for gymnastics, you have to be both, consistent and brave. It has taken me a while to reach where I am. You have to do it every day. Only when you break your bones and knees do you reach somewhere.” 





Meanwhile, work wise Disha was last seen in Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s Bharat. The actress will next star opposite Aditya Roy Kapur in Mohit Suri’s Malang, wherein also during the rigourous schedule of the film, the actress performed some underwater stunts including kite-surfing, sub-wing, and scuba diving. Directed by Mohit Suri, Malang is slated to release on Valentine’s Day of 2020.
